At Tessa's Tale Publishing, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time

Book Collection (fulfilled by us): Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

Third-Party Vendor Items: Processing times vary depending on the vendor and whether customization is required. Most vendors ship within 3–5 business days, but customized items may take longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

If a shipping label has already been purchased (tracking number created) and you cancel your order, the label cost will be deducted from your refund plus 3% of the total order amount.
Delivery Time

Book Collection Orders: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Third-Party Vendor Orders: Delivery times vary by vendor and customization requirements. Estimated delivery is typically within 7–10 business days, but may extend for customized products.
Please note that once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
You can use this number to follow your package’s journey to your door.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and details.

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
