Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Tessa's Tale Publishing while keeping in mind we are a small business. Here’s how our policy works:

• Cancellations Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund minus 3% of the order total (pesky credit card fees).

• After a Shipping Label Is Created: If a shipping label has already been purchased (meaning a tracking number has been generated), we’ll refund your order minus the cost of that label + 3% of the order total.

• After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are nonrefundable at time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right!
